Bereavement support group for individuals in their 30’s – 50’s who have lost a spouse or life partner.
Explore issues unique to younger widows and widowers; these may include raising children alone, maintaining a home and career, tackling new roles and responsibilities along with facing the future as a young surviving partner with many years ahead.
MEETING ON THE THIRD FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH FROM 7:00 -9:00PM.

Gather for an hour or so of gentle walking and talking with your peers along with the Bereavement staff. We meet at the North Entrance of the park (off of Rt. 313, New Galena Road). The park entrance is across from the Peace Valley Lavender Farm. Meet us at Pavilion #5 (the first Pavilion after you enter the park). For additional information and to RSVP, please call 215-345-2079. Bring water for hydration and please dress appropriately for the weather and for walking on paved and gravel-covered trails.

You’ve survived the 1st year of loss as a younger surviving partner and now there are many new and different questions as you move forward. Join us in a supportive environment to talk about these challenges. Come share experiences and insights with others who, “get it.”
